Promotional Tactic #9: Press Releases

Here's another method that hardly any affiliates are taking advantage of. Press releases are a powerful tactic for getting your affiliate link out there. You can submit free press releases using www.prweb.com and potentially get thousands of pairs of eyes looking over what you've written.

They key is to write something catchy and news worthy. There's no point writing something very mundane, because mundane won't get anyones attention.

Controversy works great. Especially with the Musclehead. After all, while most muscle building gurus are trying to show you how nice they are, the Musclehead comes across completely differently! You've read the sales page I'm sure, so you'll know what I mean.

Perhaps you could write a PR about how effective this product is? Perhaps you could write a David vs Goliath story about how the Musclehead is taking on the huge supplement companies. You're only limited by your imagination.
